My name is Sally Gray and I have spent my career involved in Peer Support for First Responders. Partnering with Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS, and Dispatchers. I offer Peer Support Training, Consulting, Coaching and Critical Incident debriefs for individuals and groups.

After over 3 decades as a Deputy Sheriff,I am now retired and offering my services.

I currently teach, lead, and serve at a in-patient trauma retreat for First Responders.

I author a blog about my journey of recovery from post traumatic stress.
